About Heather Farris >
Friends, the day has come. This is a blog post that is unlike any I have ever written. More of a personal note than a blog that is a how to or advice.
Last year on April 24th I received an email from Pinterest asking me if I’d like to get on a call with them to discuss a partnership opportunity. I knew then that if this worked out it would change the trajectory of my business.
I’m so excited to announce that today the official Pinterest Educators Program is live that I got to pilot last year from May to December. I’d be honored if you took a moment to click over and take a peek, you know for me!
If you have been here for weeks or months your support has helped to propel me into this opportunity. I want to take a moment to thank you for consuming my content here on the blog, on YouTube, my email list or socials. It all makes a difference and because of you, Pinterest took notice of me and offered me an incredible opportunity.
I will be able to help you further as my place in the Pinterest Educator Program will position me closer to what is happening.
Thank you so much for your support and I hope you continue to stick around.
You may have noticed the little “verified” badge pop up on my website in the last week. This badge indicates who has been handpicked as a trustworthy source of truth when it comes to Pinterest marketing advice. Your girl got the badge 😘 and you best believe I’ll be flaunting it from now on!
More to come.
Happy Pinning,
Heather 🫶
Heather went to school for accounting and worked for years in banking and finance. After finding all of that entirely too boring she started her first blog in her basement in August of 2016. She has started 3 blogs in the marketing, motherhood and travel niches and used Pinterest to grow them all. She quickly became a Pinterest Educator & strategist in her peer circles and has been implementing strategies, driving traffic and sales through organic and paid tactics for her clients. On this blog and her YouTube channel she educates the public about clear and transparent marketing strategies to help them to grow on Pinterest and in other places online. You can also find Heather contributing directly to Pinterest as a Pinterest Educator.
