The founders of Viraly.io reached out to me to review their Pinterest scheduling tool and give them feedback. Honest, no fluff, no hype feedback. When I went to schedule Pinterest pins with Viraly, I knew this was a tool that you should be introduced to.
We are going to talk about the tool that they’re building for Pinterest scheduling and why it should be part of your 2026 tool set.
If you are still on the fence about a Pinterest scheduling tool, let’s start here. I love Pinterest marketing schedulers. I try them all and I report back to you about which ones I like, how they work, how you can make them work for your own business and workflows.
In today’s post, we’re going to talk about Viraly: how it works, how you can use it, the price point, and why I think you should use it. If you’ve been frustrated by Pinterest schedulers, have no fear. Let’s dive in.

Let’s jump right into the Viraly homepage. They are a Pinterest scheduling tool, among other social media channels as well. They actually do it all, which is fantastic. You can have one scheduler that does everything. I think all scheduling tools are going that direction.
What makes Viraly so great is that it honors Pinterest best practices. Many tools tend to treat Pinterest as an afterthought, but Viraly didn’t do that. They have an easy way to schedule images, and the tool itself is easy to use. You can have a clear workflow no matter what platform you’re scheduling to.

Their pricing is $19 per month (or $15.80/month if paid annually, with 20% off). This includes five social profiles, 200 posts per month, the full analytics suite, and link-in-bio features. You get insights at both the pin and board levels, which is rare.
Their pricing is fair among competitors, and the company is run by just two to three people. It’s truly a family-operated business. Both founders help develop and market the tool, which is great because they actually listen to feedback.

The lens I’m using here is Pinterest, because that’s my expertise. When you log into your Viraly dashboard, the first thing you’ll see is your post scheduler. On the left, you’ll see connected accounts. Pinterest is at the bottom of the list. If you click any platform, you can filter and view posts that are scheduled or already going out.

Now let’s dive into the settings. From your upper right dropdown, go to ‘Account Settings’. On the left-hand side, you’ll see several options. Go through each one and make sure everything is set up correctly.
Then also go to “Connected Social Profiles,” and click “New Social Profile.” Find Pinterest in the list and follow the prompts to connect your Pinterest account. Once connected, make sure your time zone is correct, just click it at the top of your scheduler to adjust.

The most important settings are your connected social media accounts and your posting time slots. To set these up:
When you create and add posts to your schedule, Viraly will automatically fill them into the next open time slot. We’ll walk through that in a moment.

Another cool feature is the free ‘Link in bio’ tool. Similar to how people put a single link in their Instagram bio, you can build one in here without having to use another platform, like LinkTree.

Virally allows you to build out a link page with unlimited links, custom themes, optional images as links, and analytics for that page as well. I don’t personally use Viraly’s ‘Link in bio’ tool, but I have made something very similar. Mine looks like this below, so you get an idea if you’ve never used one before.

It can become a collection of everything you’d like your audience to have access to, without searching around to find it all:
All accessible with a single link placed strategically.

On the Analytics tab, you can see data for every connected profile, and it’s very thorough. You can add client accounts, depending on your pricing tier, and track all their data as well as part of your services.

You can view up to 90 days of analytics at a time and customize which metrics you see in many different ways.
Scroll down to see performance over time, and then view individual high performing pins and boards. Many schedulers ignore board performance, and I recommend that you NOT ignore board analytics, so this is great here.
You can customize columns and view board covers for a clean visual experience. Pin performance shows the image, date, board, impressions, reactions, and more. You can even click ‘Duplicate’ on a great performing pin to duplicate a pin’s settings, swap out the image, and reschedule it.

The analytics are powerful. I recommend signing up for a free account just to explore this dashboard.

Now let’s walk through creating and scheduling Pinterest pins with Viraly. From the ‘Post Scheduler’ tab:

Even after it has been scheduled, you can return to and edit the pin at any time.

If you work in a team or manage client accounts, there are built-in features for collaboration. If you add others in your account settings, you’ll see a few additional options for post publishing. At the top of individual posts in the scheduler, you’ll see two new buttons.
You can have discussions on individual posts, leave comments, upload files, and use emoji reactions with team members. You can also set posts to require approval from one or all team members before publishing. It’s great if you have a client or manager review process for your content.

Let’s talk about the AI tool. When creating a new pin, click the ‘AI Generator’ button and new options will pop up. You can add keywords for the AI to include in your description, which you should have already. Choose a writing tone and click ‘Generate’, and it will write a pin description for you.

It doesn’t write the title, but you can manually add that. You can always edit the AI text, set your board, and then schedule your post. You don’t have to use the AI feature, but if the style it generates for you is to your liking and flows with what you create, it will certainly save you some time.

Viraly is built for scheduling, not pin creation. It can help you write pin copy, but its strength is with workflow organization. Here’s what I recommend:
It’s that simple; Viraly makes scheduling easy. Because it’s a true scheduler, you can schedule more than 30 days out. Pinterest’s native scheduler limits you to 100 scheduled pins and a 30-day window, so Viraly removes that limitation.

If you’re ready to invest in a scheduler, this could be a great option for you to schedule Pinterest pins with Viraly. It’s a strong contender for social media management—simple, affordable, and powerful. The analytics dashboard is detailed, visual, and user-friendly. You can sign up for a free account and try it with 10 posts per month. Have fun!
